    1 1/2 lb Small New Potatoes
    2 tb Butter or Margarine
    1/2 ts Grated Lemon Peel
    1 tb Lemon Juice
    2 ts Snipped Chives
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
    1 ds Nutmeg

    Recipe



    Heat 1 inch salted water to boiling. Add potatoes. Cover and return to a
    boil. Cook until tender, 20 to 25 minutes; drain and keep warm.

    Heat remaining ingredients just to a boil. Put warm potatoes into a
    serving dish; pour lemon butter over potatoes.
