2 lbs Potatoes
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2 oz cream cheese
1/4 lb pasteurized processed cheese spread
(e.g. Velveeta)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic
3 green onions, chopped
Recipe
Boil the two pounds of potatoes. While the potatoes are boiling, in a saucepan, combine all remaining ingredients to form the sauce. Stir the sauce over medium-low heat until melted, combined and hot.
Then drain the potatoes and smash until they are of a chunky consistency. Stir in the sauce.
Ready to serve immediately
