    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    3 c. milk
    1/2 lb. velvetta cheese
    3 small onions large chopped
    Option: grated parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of potatoes
    6 to 7 large potatoes (appproximately 4 to 5 lb.)

    In a medium sauce pan melt butter and blend in flour, cook mixture a little and add the milk slowly, using a whisk, stir constantly until mixture starts to thicken. Add seasoning and continue to cook, when mixture looks creamy and smooth add velvetta cheese, combine all. In a 9 by 13" foil pan, (spray pan with Pam) add potatoes and onions, place sauce over all. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, cover with Reynold’s Foil, place in oven at 350° degrees for 1 hour, serve hot.
