3 medium sweet potatoes
1 small carton of cherries
1 cup of sugar
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
half cup of condensed milk
2 cups of miniature marshmallows
a dash of cinnamon & nutmeg to taste
3 eggs
a couple of pineapple rings

After boiling the sweet potatoes to a soft stage, mash and mix with the other ingredients, except the cherries and marshmallows. Spoon into a casserole dish, layered with pie crust. Layer with cherries and marshmallows, top with the pineapple rings and bake in the oven at 375�F. for approximately 35 minutes. Let it cool and get down to down home goodness!
