    Wine Basted Red Potatoes

    1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
    3 lb small red potatoes, quartered
    5 cloves garlic, sliced
    1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary (or 1 tbsp dried rosemary)
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup white wine

    Recipe



    In skillet, cook first five ingredients in hot oil over medium heat, stirring 5 minutes.

    Add wine, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 10-15 minutes or until tender.

    Servings: 8
