1 15oz. can pineapple tidbits in juice (drained & squeezed)
2 c. uncooked instant rice
2c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. chopped parsley


Recipe



Bring water to a boil. Add all ingredients (except pineapple). Bring back to boil and add rice and cover. Remove from heat. When rice is cooked add pineapple. Stir and fluff to serve.
