Yellow Shrimp Risotto

List of Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced green onions with tops
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 pound fresh shrimp, shelled, cleaned, and cut in half
1 pint sour cream
1 cup yellow rice Recipe
Melt butter in large skillet or wok. Add celery, mushrooms, onions, and garlic, and sauté lightly. Add wine, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and bring just to a boil. Add shrimp and stir until they all turn pink. Turn heat down and add sour cream. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice cooked according to package directions.
Serves 4.
