    4 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1/2 cup apple juice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

    Put all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well. Use on salads or as a marinade.
