1 #2½ can Bing cherries
1¾ cups cherry syrup (add water if necessary)
1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1½ cups boiling water
1 cup cottage cheese, small curd

Drain and pit cherries. Heat syrup; dissolve raspberry gelatin in it. Add lemon juice, sugar and salt; chili until thick and syrupy. Add cherries and pour into a 1-qt. mold; chill until firm. Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water and chill; Add cottage cheese and whip until foamy throughout. When raspberry gelatin is firm pour the lemon cottage cheese gelatin mixture over it. Chill and serve on salad greens. Serves 6-8.
