Buckhorn Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove -- minced
1 medium onion -- chopped
dash hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 can oil
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1 lemon -- juice of
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon horseradish -- prepared
salt -- to taste
Put mayonnaise in blender. Add garlic and onion; beat until vegetables are liquefied. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill 24 hours before using. Serve over head lettuce or tossed salad. This will keep for weeks.
