    Calamari
    Shrimp
    Octopus
    Scallops
    lemons
    garlic
    ½ cup of Olive Oil
    salt and pepper
    red onion
    celery
    parsley

    * Steam all fish separately.
    * Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil over medium heat; add scallops and shrimp.
    * Once cooked, run under cold water.
    * Cut celery and red onion in tiny pieces
    * In a Blender Mix: ½ cup of olive oil 3 lemons salt and pepper 4 to 5 garlic cloves or garlic powder.
    * Once mixed, add mixture to fish along with celery and red onion.


    * Mix well. Continue mixing every hour.

    * Once ready to serve, add fresh parsley if desired.
