    1 egg -- beaten
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon orange peel -- grated
    2 teaspoons lemon peel -- grated
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 cup whipping cream -- whipped


    In sauce pan beat 1 egg, add sugar other ingredients
    except whipping cream. Cook and stir over low heat
    until thick, approx 5 minutes.

    Cool well.

    Fold in whipped cream.
    Chill.
