Juice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Coarse salt, to taste
3/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Recipe
In small bowl or jar, combine lemon juice, vinegar and salt. Stir to dissolve salt. Whisk in olive oil. Let sit 10 minutes. Add pepper and taste, adding more salt, if needed, before serving.
