Mandarin Orange Delight Jell-O Salad

2 large packages orange Jell-O
1 can drained mandarin orange slices
1 can drained crushed pineapple
1 large pkg mini marshmallows
2 oz cool whip
1 oz sour cream
1/2-1 cup grated cheddar cheese


Recipe



Prepare the boxes of Jell-O as directed. Stir very well till dissolved. Pour into a very large casserole dish. Layer the oranges & pineapple into the Jell-O. Top with the marshmallow & put it in the refrigerator to cool & set. Once set, combine the cool whip & sour cream. Smooth the mixture over the marshmallows. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top. Cut into squares & serve.
