    Spinach and Strawberry Salad

    1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    2 teaspoons honey
    1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    Dash cayenne pepper
    6 cups baby spinach leaves
    16 large strawberries, hulled and halved


    In a small bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients together. Toss spinach with strawberries in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing.
