3 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
2/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. oregano and 1/2 Tbsp. basil
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blendor and process until pureed. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
