Vermicelli Vinaigrette

6 Ounces vermicelli -- broken
1/3 Cup olive oil
1/4 Cup red wine vineagar
1 Clove garlic -- minced
1/4 Teaspoon dried basil
1 Jar marinated artichoke hearts -- (6 oz) drained and sliced
1 Cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 Cup sliced black olives
2 tomatoes -- cut in wedges
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
2 Tablespoon parsley
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
Cook pasta in boiling salted water, drained and rinsed. In screw can jar combine oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Shake well. Toss half of the dressing with the pasta. Cover and refrigerate. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Toss with pasta. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
