2 oz. Jack and Cheddar cheese mix
½ large flour tortilla
3 oz. rice
3 oz. Baja Fresh Veggie Mix
5 oz. freshly grilled chicken or steak
2 oz. Salsa Baja
1 oz. sour cream
cebollita (for garnish)
lime (for garnish)
Recipe
Take two oz. jack and cheddar cheese mix and spread on ½of a large flour tortilla. Fold in ½. Place tortilla on griddle and heat until cheese is melted and tortilla is slightly crispy. Take heated tortilla off grill and unfold. Lay tortilla flat on table. Add three oz. of rice and spread lengthwise on tortilla. Add three oz. of Baja Fresh Veggie Mix lengthwise on top of the rice. Add five oz. of freshly grilled chicken or steak as desired. Spread lengthwise on top of the veggie mix. Add two oz. of "Salsa Baja" and one oz. of sour cream on top of the meat, spreading evenly. Roll burrito, being careful with the ends. Garnish with cebollita and lime.
