8 slices bacon
1/2 cup Hellmann's Big Squeeze real or light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
4 large (10") flour tortillas
4 grilled, Maple Leaf Prime Naturally skinless, boneless chicken breasts, sliced
2 Florida Sunfresh tomatoes, diced
4 lettuce leaves
Recipe
Cool bacon until crisp; drain and set aside.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard, spread about 2 tablespoons on the side of each tortilla.
Top each tortilla with 1 sliced chicken breast, 2 slices bacon, 1/4 to the diced tomatoes and 1 lettuce leaf. Roll up tightly, tucking in ends; cut in half diagonally. Serves 4.
Hint: To cook bacon in microwave oven, place between layers of paper towel and cook on High 1 minute per slice or until crisp. If tomatoes are very juicy, remove some of seeds and juice before dicing.
