Chinese Chicken Tortillas

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (tofu for vegetarians)
about 1/2 cup bottled Hoisin sauce
2 green peppers
1 large onion
about 1/2 package of flour tortillas, small or large
1 tbsp. oil
Recipe
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Marinate (in the fridge) in the Hoisin sauce for awhile (an hour is fine). Slice the onion and peppers into long pieces. Stir-fry the vegetables in the oil (some mushrooms would go well too), about 4 minutes. Remove to a bowl. In the same pan, stir-fry the chicken with any remaining sauce, about 4 minutes. (You can warm the tortillas by wrapping in foil and putting in a warm oven.) Add the chicken to the vegetables and let everyone wrap their own.
