Crabby Jack Quesadillas

1/4 lb. shelled cooked crab or imitation crab
10 flour tortillas (each 7 to 8-inch wide)
2 cups shredded Jack cheese
1 cup thinly sliced green onion Recipe
In a bowl, mix crab, cheese and onions. Place tortillas in a single layer on a baking sheet. Evenly cover tortillas with crab mixture to within 3/4 inch of edges. Top each with remaining tortillas. Bake in a 450 degrees oven until cheese melts and tortillas are lightly browned 7 to 9 minutes. Slide quesadillas onto a board and cut into wedges. Arrange on a platter and serve with salsa and sour cream.
