Creole Sloppy Joes w/Cajun Cream Sauce

2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/2 ea. Green & Red Pepper (small diced)
1/2 Onion (small diced)
2 Celery ribs (small diced)
4 tbls. Flour
2-3 tbls. Creole Seasoning
1-2 cups Heavy Cream
2 tbls. Vegetable Oil
to taste Salt & Pepper
as needed Hamburger Buns
Recipe
Saute ground beef in oil until brown, add the flour and mix with beef, add peppers, onion, celery and cook for 2 minutes, add the heavy cream and the Creole seasoning, simmer for 8-10 minutes. Serve on buns.
