Crunchy Tuna Sandwiches

List of Ingredients
1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 can ( 6 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
1/3 C. mayonnaise
1 T. fresh minced parsley
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 sandwich rolls, split
lettuce leaves Recipe
In a bowl combine the first seven ingredients; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Just before serving, spoon onto rolls and top with lettuce.
