2 6-inch whole wheat flour tortillas (reduced-fat)
2 ounces deli-style sliced turkey breast,
lean ham, or roast beef
2 teaspoons reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 teaspoon brown mustard
1/2 cup chopped romaine
6 grape tomatoes, halved
Recipe
Lay out tortillas. Spread with mayonnaise and mustard. Layer with meat slice, lettuce and tomatoes onto tortillas. Roll up and wrap.
Serves 1.
