12 Thin slices brown bread
Softened Butter
4 Thin slices pineapple
1/4 Cup thick apricot puree
2 Tbsp minced pecans
Recipe
Spread 4 slices of bread with butter. Cover with slice of pineapple then another slice of bread. Spread top of slice with apricot puree and sprinkle with nuts. Top each with a buttered slice of bread.
Makes 4 sandwiches
