LimeGinger Teriyaki Chicken Spinach Wrap

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup - soy sauce
1/4 cup - salad oil
2 tablespoon - molasses
2 teaspoon - ground ginger
- the juice and Zest from 1 lime
2 teaspoon - dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon - red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon - minced garlic
2 - chicken breasts boneless skinless
4 - large spinach flavored wraps ABOVE IS THE MARINADE INGREDIENTS
1/2 - red onion chopped
1 - red bell pepper sliced
1/2 cup - celery sliced
1 cup - shredded carrots
8 ounce - can of drained pineapple bits
1 cup - fresh spinach leaves
Mix the Marinade ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Pour over the chicken breasts, place in an air-tight container and chill. Marinate the chicken overnight for the best flavor. Drain, reserving the marinade. Broil the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, brushing with the marinade. Slice the chicken breasts, and keep warm while the wraps are being assembled. Discard the marinade.
Cut the cooked chicken in slices. Place on the wrap first. Assemble wraps in the order given, dividing the ingredients between the four wraps.
Wrap up tightly and serve.
