2 instant pizza dough mixes - follow directions
1 egg
any fillings you would like-

Pizza fillings- sause, meat, cheeze, vegies
Sandwhich fillings - ham & cheese
Vegitarian fillings- cream cheese & spinich..

You can use almost anything.


Recipe



Mix Pizza dough per directions and Roll out on a flowered surface into a Rectangle of average thickness.
Layer on the fillings- do not make it too thick!

Starting at one end Roll the dough back onto its self- the dough may tear in a couple places if too thin, this is not a major problem if the tears are small try and seal them with neighboring dough.
pinich the ends to seal it closed.

Move to a GREASED cookie sheet for baking

Break the 1 egg and using your hands slather the outside of the Log untill it is sticky and gooy with egg - the egg will help seal small tears and prevent new ones from forming.

Prick the Log with a fork in a few places on top and bake at 350 deg untill the outside is a golden brown.

Slice & serve-
can be served with Dips like ranch, spicy mayo, maranara Ect..
