Marinated Pan-Fried Steak Sandwiches

2 lb Chuck Tenders
1 sourdough baguette
1 bottle Hearty Italian Marinade
1 red onion
4 leaves red leaf lettuce
1 c olive oil
3 roma tomatoes
4 oz parmesan cheese, shredded
to taste salt & pepper
Recipe
Slice Chuck Tenders into 1/4 in. medallions, pound out with meat hammer until very thin, Marinate medallions 3 hrs. in Tuscan Garden Marinade. Heat olive oil in skillet and pan fry marinated medallions until med. rare, (don't over-cook). Remove from skillet. Slice baguette in half, length-wise and place Chuck Tender medallions on the bottom half, top with sliced tomatoes, onion, lettuce and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Top with other bread slice and serve with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy.
