Open-Faced Crab Sandwich

2 8-oz. packages cream cheese
1/2 cup ginger ale
2 Tbs grated onion
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
13 oz crabmeat (2 cans)
6 English muffins
24 oz medium cheddar cheese, sliced into 12 2-oz. slices
12 tomato slices
Recipe
1. Soften the cream cheese with the ginger ale.
2. Mix in the onion, Worcestershire sauce, and crab.
3. Split the muffins in half and place 2 heaping Tbs of the crab mixture on each half.
4. Top with a slice of tomato and cheddar cheese.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheddar is melted.
6. Serve hot.
