1 package Regular Flavor JIMMY DEAN Roll Pork

Sausage
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, optional

6 to 8 sandwich buns, split

1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese,
optional

In a large skillet, cook sausage, onion and pepper over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until sausage is finely crumbled and no longer pink. Add tomato sauce; cover and cook 1 minute. Stir in chili sauce and Worcestershire. Remove
from heat; season with hot pepper sauce if desired. Serve on buns; sprinkle with cheese if desired. Yield: 6-8 servings.
