    1 6.5 oz. pkg. Garlic-herb spreadable cheese
    4 10-inch flour tortillas, jalapeno flavored
    Caramelized onions (recipe follows)
    1 lb. thinly sliced smoked turkey
    8 turkey bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
    2 cups loosely packed gourmet mixed salad greens

    Caramelized onions:
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    2 large sweet onions, chopped
    1 tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add onions and sugar. Cook, stirring often, 30 to 35 minutes or until caramelized. Stir in vinegar and pepper. Remove from heat and cool completely. Yield: about 1 cup.


    Spread cheese evenly over tortillas, leaving 1/2-inch border around edges. Top with caramelized onions, turkey, bacon and greens. Roll up tortillas; wrap in parchment paper. Chill. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and secure with wooden picks, if necessary. Yield: 4 servings.
