List of Ingredients
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into rings
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. minced onion flakes
1/2 lb. cooked ham, thinly sliced
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
4 hoagy sandwich buns, split lengthwise
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese, thinly sliced
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350�F. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Saut� green pepper and garlic until pepper is just tender. Toss with minced onion. Remove green pepper, reserving oil mixture. Layer ham, tomatoes and green pepper on bottom half of buns. Drizzle oil mixture on top and sprinkle with oregano. Top with cheese slices and cover with top of bread. Wrap buns in foil. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from foil and slice to serve.
