3/4 ounce of mozzarella cheese, shredded
A dash of oregano leaves
2 slices of white bread
2 teaspoons of margarine, melted
3 fresh basil leaves or dash dried basil
1/2 medium tomato, cut into 3 slices
In a mixing bowl combine the cheese and oregano, set aside. Brush both sides of each slice of bread with margarine, top 1 slice of bread with the cheese mixture, the basil, tomato, and remaining bread slice. Spray a 6 inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat, add the sandwich and cook over low heat, turning frequently, until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
