Tropical Teriyaki Pita Pockets

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons Kikkoman Quick and Easy Marinade, any flavor
Pita Spread (recipe below)
8 canned pineapple slices, drained
4 pita breads, cut in half and warmed
Lettuce leaves

Marinate chicken in 2/3 cup marinade for 20 minutes. Prepare pita spread by blending 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon Kikkoman marinade, any flavor. Grill chicken for 7 minutes and turn over. Add pineapple slices to grill and brush pineapple and chicken with marinade. Cook 5 minutes, turning pineapple over once. Cut each pineapple slice in half. Spread Pita Spread inside each pita and arrange lettuce, chicken and 2 pineapple halves in each pita half.
