1/4 pound Turkey Breast , sliced
1 slice Bacon , cooked
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons each Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (9-inch) Burrito Size Flour Tortilla
1 cup lettuce, shredded
2 tomato slices
2 slices avocado
2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
Recipe
In a small dish, combine mayonnaise and mustard.
In another small bowl, combine cheeses.
Place flour tortilla on a 12-inh piece of aluminum foil; spread mayonnaise mixture over tortilla. Sprinkle lettuce over mixture, topping with tomato slices. Top with thinly sliced turkey, turkey bacon and avocado, then with shredded cheeses and alfalfa sprouts.
Using foil to help, roll up tortilla, wrapping completely in foil. Refrigerate if desired.
Unpeel foil as you eat.
