"Don't Forget The Cheese" Sandwich

List of Ingredients
For each serving:
1 Tblsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dried dill
1 large slice onion-rye or rye bread, toasted & halved
2 slices of bacon, halved & cooked crisply
1 small tomato, sliced
1/2 avocado, pitted, sliced
2 slices Cheddar cheese
Recipe
Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice & dill.
Spread evenly over toast halves.
Place 2 pieces bacon, 2 slices of tomato, 3 slices avocado on each half. Top each half with a slice of cheese.
Broil 1 minute, or until cheese melts.
Garnish with thin red onion rings.
