    1- 16 Oz. Bottle Worstershire Sauce
    1- Medium yellow onion - Chopped
    2- Whole Lemons - cut into halfs
    8 oz. - Dark Molasses
    1/2tspn. Ground Mustard Seed
    1/2tspn. Whole Peppercorn
    1 tspn. Favorite Hot Sauce - Something on the milder side

    Recipe



    In a medium to large sauce pan, combine all ingredience except the lemon. Squeeze the lemons first and then add the entire lemon and juice to the concoction. Simmer on medium heat and bring down to half. The mixture should thicken and glaze the back of a metal spoon.

    Strain. Let cool. Store in a mason jar in the refrigerator. It keeps for months. Serve on chicken, ribs or use as a glaze for your favorite cut of steak. The rich tangy flavor will enhance any dish. The spiciness get's you in the back of the throat.
