    1 lge jar catsup
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups vinegar
    1/2 - 1 (1.8 oz) chili powder
    4 Tbsp ground allspice 1 tsp red pepper
    1.9 oz salt
    1-1/4 tsp pepper
    4 Tbsp ground allspice


    Recipe



    Combine all; add water to thin, cook slowly for two hours, skimming off residue. Ono for chicken, pork, beef. Does not have to be refrigerated.
