1/2 cup bottled chili sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons of packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce or Pickapeppa sauce
3 tablespoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons white pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix the ingredients together and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat to medium-low and, stirring occasionally, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the flavors are thoroughly blended.
