15 large Jalapeno peppers (seeded)
1 very large Spanish or Red onion (4" dia)
4-5 large tomatoes (3-4" dia)
1 jigger (1 1/2 oz.) olive oil (do not substitute)
3/4 jigger vinegar
6 fresh large garlic cloves
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp whole oregano
Recipe
Blend in food processor until thoroughly mixed (about 2 minutes on high)
Serve as a dip with tortilla or corn chips
