    Makes about 1 cup

    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup dairy sour cream
    1/8 teaspoon oregano leaves; dried (optional)
    2 chipotle chiles (canned, in adobo sauce), finely chopped

    Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. �
