Colorado Horseradish Sauce

Mix
1/4 cup horseradish,
1 1/2 tblasp vinegar,
1 tblsp prepared mustard,
1/2 tsp salt,
4 drops worcestershire sauce and a dash each of cayenne and paprika.
Whip 1/2 c whipping cream.
Recipe
Fold horseradish mixture into whipped cream. Serve with ham, beef or tongue. Makes 1 cup sauce. Keep chilled till ready to use.
