    2 cans of pineapple chunks (in heavy syrup)
    Two 12 ounce package of fresh cranberries
    2 cups of sugar
    2 cups of dark seedless raisins
    1 tablespoon of preserved ginger, minced or fresh ginger root
    2 teaspoons of salt
    1/2 teaspoon of allspice, ground

    Drain pineapple chunks, save 1/2 cup syrup. Heat following in a large 4 quart saucepot; cranberries, sugar, raisins, ginger, salt and allspice and 1/2 cup pineapple chunks and syrup. Bring to boil, then cover pot.
    Add remaining pineapple chunks and boil 5 minutes until mixture thickens.
