1 8oz. pkg mama Lou's Alfreda Sauce
1/4 cup Chopped Onions
1/4 cup white wine (dry)
1/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
3 cloves sliced fresh garlic
2oz Ex Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped portabella mushrooms
1/4 cup half & half cream
1 tbls chopped fresh basil
1 tbls black pepper

Recipe



Pour olive oil in pan adding onions & garlic. Cook untill aldenta, add wine, then alfreda sauce, & half & half cream. Simmer until it starts to thicken back up. Add tomatoes and basil.
