    Easter Ham Raisin Sauce

    ½ cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    ½ tsp. cinnamon
    ¼ tsp. nutmeg
    2 tbsp. butter or margarine
    1½ cups apple juice
    ½ cup raisins

    Mix first six ingredients together, slowly add apple juice. Cook over low heat. Add raisins. Makes 2 cups.
