    Easter Ham Raisin Sauce

    � cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    � tsp. cinnamon
    � tsp. nutmeg
    2 tbsp. butter or margarine
    1� cups apple juice
    � cup raisins

    Mix first six ingredients together, slowly add apple juice. Cook over low heat. Add raisins. Makes 2 cups.
