    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 medium sized onion, chopped
    2 teaspoons prepared mustard
    1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup catsup
    1/2 cup water
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon salt
