Fresh Salsa with Chilies and Peas

3 C chopped tomatoes
10 green onions, chopped
6 green Anaheim chilies, roasted, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1/2 10 oz. package frozen green peas, thawed
1/4 C chopped fresh cilantro
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3 cloves garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
