    4 oz raisins soaked for a few hours in 4 Tbs. of rum. (use some from the above tip, the longer they soak the better they are)
    2 oz. butter,
    3 oz. caster sugar,
    2 oz. light brown sugar
    4oz. honey

    Recipe



    Stir the butter, sugars and honey together on a low heat until dissolved and evenly mixed, for about 4 mins, then add the raisins plus 3+1/2 oz. of evaporated milk. Return to simmer, remove from heat and leave to cool.
