Guacamole for Tomato-haters

List of Ingredients
2 avacados (not light, what's the point?)
1/2 red onion minced
pickeled jalapeno's (diced) (amount to taste)
2 T. pickeled jalapeno juice
1 T. lime juice
2 tsp. crushed garlic (or 2 cloves )
2 T. fresh parsley or 1 T. fresh cilantro (you can do reconstituted too)
salt to taste
Recipe
Chop avacados and slightly mash (or really blend 'em smooth in the cuisinart along with the other veggies) add rest of prepped ing.. Chill 20 min to 1 hour. Try not to have leftovers. The jalapenos get pretty hot and the avacados go brown unless you have plastic wrap touching it.
