    4 tbsp grated horseradish
    1 tsp caster sugar (fine-granulated sugar)
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 tsp English mustard (can substitute Dijon)
    4 tbsp single cream (light cream)

    Recipe



    Mix all in a bowl and serve. Add more horseradish for a hotter sauce
